The style of the tests are developmentally appropriate and coaching children may inflate a score. If a child has an inflated score but doesn’t have a gifted profile, they will be miserable in a CPS regional gifted center or classical school.

When he took the test before 1st grade, he didn’t test high enough to place into Bell (which I think was the only school I put on the application.)
