Hats off to all the principals that are doing their job the way it is supposed to be done. I didn’t realize this but they wear many hats throughout their position: leader, psychologist, accountant, motivational speaker, not only that but having to deal with (sometimes) crazy parents, old buildings w/ bursting pipes and the bureaucracy of the central office…not to mention no child left behind!
